BRATWURST, Sri Lanka was
launched in October 2012 with our inaugural outlet at Marine Drive, Colombo 03.
Since then we have expanded to have 03 restaurants in operation at present. We
successfully infused a German brand with Sri Lanka taste by developing new
dishes to suit both foreign and local plates. We serve a variety of German
foods such as Bratwurst (Fried
Sausages), Salads, BratKartoffeln (Fried Potatoes), Soup, Cakes, Desserts,
Coffee, Wine, Beer, etc.
The name Bratwurst was used to differentiate our
restaurant in the market as a specialized dish provider in Fried sausages with
over fifty delicious flavors to match the taste of any consumer.
The BRATWURST team members were trained by a German
professional in accordance to the international standards. This enabled
BRATWURST to own globally qualified professionals in the food and beverage
industry to make delicious foods. Our chefs and singers from Germany placed in
all our restaurants will ensure that our customers feel and sense the German
taste.
